Criminal Justice Instructor

GENERAL:
Calhoun Community College is a comprehensive community college with an enrollment of more than 12,000 students.  Classes are taught day, evening, and weekends on the Decatur campus, and on two off-campus sites.  In addition, multiple forms of distance education are offered. 
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
1. A minimum of a Masters degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Criminal Justice, Justice & Public Safety or related field of law enforcement from an accredited institution is required.

2. Demonstrated expertise in the subject area is required.

3. Understanding of basic computer skills is required.

4.Documented expertise in the use of current educational technologies in the classroom including web-based courses, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software and willingness to develop and teach web-based courses is required.
