[Journal Article] Reentry as a rite of passage..?

Interesting analysis on the process of re-entry. While getting into the system and all the following actions are well ritualised, the process of re-entry is still not structured, non ritualised. Would the development of a rite of passage help or facilitate the re-entry process and/or facilitate desistance?
