Public Attitudes to Prison Officers

Hello everyone

Does anyone know of articles which look at directly or indirectly at public attitudes toward prison officers. Equally, is there any articles on prison officer attitudes to the public. I'm sick looking at the same stereotypical view that they have of each other (public think officers are corrupt thugs; officers do not trust the public)
