In Hungary there are several education groups in prisons. At the top of an education group an educator is sitting, he is a member of the staff and he does mainly social work in very unique sense. The educator is responsible for all administrative questions which rely on the prisoner. If an inmate wants to know how much money he has on his account, he has to write an application to the educator:

There is only one unit for the women placed in maximum security regime in Hungary. If a severe problem occurs to these inmates there is no other place in the country to place them. For instance if they attack a prison officer violently in the prison, on the next day they have to stay in the same prison with the same staff.
